Dr. Rachael Ann Allen is a board-certified ophthalmologist specializing in cataract and refractive surgeries, including
PRK, LASIK, SMILE, and ICL procedures. She earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Oklahoma State
University and completed her ophthalmology residency at the Naval Medical Center San Diego.


Dr. Allen has years of experience providing eye care to active-duty service members, veterans, and their families,
she has also trained and mentored ophthalmology residents and fellows from UCSD, UCSF, and USC. She is
passionate about helping her patients improve their vision and quality of life.
